Our Food Allergy Training equips those who are involved in the preparation, packing, handling and serving of food with the essential knowledge they need to control the risks of food allergies.

An allergy to certain foods and ingredients can pose a significant risk and the consequences can be fatal. In the UK, 2.4 million people have a food allergy, which is 6% of the population.

This training supports organisations to comply with legislation and implement safe systems of work, enhancing safety for both workers and consumers.
