The training provides Directors, Senior Executives and Managers of any organisation with an understanding of their legal and moral responsibilities of the requirements of The Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmosphere Regulations 2002 (DSEAR).

The training will enable delegates to understand their legal obligations and in turn help the employer comply with their legal duty DSEAR 2002 Regulations.
The DSEAR Awareness course is one day including breaks
The course is aimed at Directors, Senior Executives and Managers.
Upon successful completion of the training course, executives and directors will be able to recognise the importance of compliance with the DSEAR 2002 Regulations at top management level, identifying all of the steps required to achieve these goals. Delegates will also be able to enhance their own personal leadership skills, which they can then implement to help shape their organisation’s wider health and safety vision.
