Course Description
Providing employers with a proactive approach to improving both worker safety and support a positive safety culture by identifying and addressing unsafe behaviours in the workplace that can lead onto accidents and injuries.
The course promotes safe working habits, encourages candidate participation and teaches how we can use observations, feedback and training to help employees to recognise and help modify their behaviours.

Aims
To ensure delegates have a good understanding of how our behaviour influences the safety culture on sites and how positive safety behaviour creates a good safety culture to work within.
Objectives
On completion of the course, delegates will be able to:
• Identify both unsafe behaviour and positive safety behaviour.
• Identify unsafe acts
• how a positive safety behaviour creates a safer environment
• how to identify hazards and the risk potential
